Prével Alliance, a division of Groupe Prével, partners with home-builders and developers who share their philosophy and values to develop projects outside of the downtown core of Montreal. With Les Cours Bellerive, we have the opportunity to transport this philosophy to Mercier-Est by creating a new beautiful living space.
